✔️ The Nutrition Plan is a (fully or partially raw) plant-based guide for balanced nutrition for those who want to eat healthier—even if they are not detoxingThis plan does not include recipes but will provide guidance on food choices, meal ideas, and key nutritional principles.

How It Works


Step 1: Choose and book your consultation.

Step 2: Receive & complete your self-assessment form. (Takes 20-30 minutes)

Step 3: Once submitted, you’ll receive the booking link for your session.

If you’ve chosen an upgrade:

Step 4: Your custom detox protocol or nutrition plan will be emailed within 3 business days after our session.

✅ Step 5: You have one week to review, request adjustments or ask questions about your detox protocol or nutrition plan.


 

If You Chose a Detox Protocol or Nutrition Plan


If you select an upgrade, your session will be
90 minutes and will include:

✔️ A detailed 12-16 week herbal detox protocol tailored to your needs (herbs must be purchased separately).

✔️ A customized plant-based nutrition plan (fully or partially raw) for those who want to ensure balanced nutrition without necessarily going through a detox.

💡 You can choose to receive either a detox protocol or a nutrition plan, depending on your needs.


 

FAQ


🔹 Are the herbal formulas included in the price?

No. The detox protocol includes a plan with recommended formulas, which must be purchased separately. You can order them from a Dr. Morse distributor in your country or from Dr Morse Herbal Health Club. (check international shipping restrictions HERE if outside the USA).

However, you also have the option to request a local herbal shop to produce the formulas for you or DIY your own. I can provide the list of ingredients for most formulas, but I cannot advise on how to prepare tinctures. This alternative can significantly reduce costs.

That said, my first recommendation is always to use Dr. Morse’s formulas, as they are high-quality and have a proven track record of results.


🔹 How long should I follow a herbal detox protocol?

A full detox is typically 4 months, but a 2-month option is available for those on a budget. If healing serious conditions, a 6-month+ protocol may be recommended.


🔹 How much do the herbal formulas cost?

The average cost ranges from $240–$540 per month, depending on the complexity of your protocol. However, if you are on a tight budget, it is possible to detox using only teas, which significantly lowers the cost—starting at around $50 per month.


🔹 What’s the difference between the detox diet plan & the nutrition plan?

✔️ The detox diet plan is not only for deep cleansing but also for healing chronic health issues, rebalancing the mind, and overall cellular regeneration. It is the most important part of the detox process.

✔️ The nutrition plan is a general plant-based guide designed for those who want to eat healthier, ensuring their nutritional needs are met—even if they are not detoxing. It is also useful after detox to maintain long-term health. This plan does not include recipes but provides structured guidelines, meal ideas, and essential food recommendations.

✔️ You can choose to:

  1. Follow only the detox protocol for deep healing.

  2. Follow only the nutrition plan for balanced plant-based living.

  3. Detox first, then transition into the nutrition plan afterward.


🔹 Can I create my own diet plan?

Absolutely! This is your healing journey. However, I will share key guidelines during our session to help you succeed.


🔹 Can anyone practice the yoga recommendations?

Yes! The yoga & breathwork suggestions are suitable for all levels, with modifications as needed.


🔹 Do I need to complete the self-assessment form before booking?

Yes. The self-assessment is mandatory to ensure I can provide you with the best guidance. You will receive it after booking.
